Recommends
I’ll use this page to offer somewhat of a review to the content on my sidebars (the recommended items). This page will be mainly a page of links with the reasoning behind why they are on my blog. As of now, I’ve just added my podcasts. I plan on adding the rest of my “recommends” someday … soon.
Podcasts
- 1-Year Bible on Radio
This podcast offers the entire New and Old Testaments on a quick and easy listen. I highly recommend this to anyone who hates to read or is a slow reader (like myself). Personally, I skim through the begining commentary, and follow along in my Bible. The reading is from the New Living Translation. The podcast is probably on it’s second go around now, so I don’t get any updates on it anymore. - Living Water Worship Center
This podcast is from the church I go to. I listen to all of these live, so I thought it is noteworthy to put here. Pastor Chris relates the word in a very easy to understand way. - 220
I’ve just recently started listening to this podcast from Bethany World Prayer Center in Louisiana. It’s quickly become one of my new favorites. - Desperation Podcast
The Desperation podcast is the podcast I always look forward to. Most of the messages are from the Furnace (as far as I know). I learn a lot from these messages, and I highly recommend this one to everyone. - theMill, _tag Talks
These podcast feed aren’t updated very often. These are from the church I went to for around 5 to 7 years of my life. While attending, it more than doubled in size (my family started attending when there were around 3,000 people). The messages are very relevant and I enjoy learning God’s word from the many teachers there. theMill is for college age people. Tag is more for highschoolers. The other two are from normal corporate settings. I learn something from them all though. - Onething
These are podcasts from IHOP (International House of Prayer). I’ve been listened to more and more of these here lately. You can tell they spend a lot of time in prayer and fasting. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to get closer to God and learn his ways.
