Work for yourself. If you are good at hardware/software problems that end users face, you could offer local churches computer help. My church was paying someone $90/hour, which I think is outrageous! You'll probably be able to offer support much cheaper and still be making more than your current place of employement (if you have one). Services you don't have to pay sales tax on (at least in RI) so it's easy too, you just file Self Employment Tax (Schedule C or 1040 or something like that) and if you run your business with your last name in it, you don't have to register it. (ie: Osborne Computers) Anyways - I left college after a semester and just today I finally have the loans pay off. If you are determined you can do it. Do what I do.. Work for yourself.
