[...] A month has gone by since I’ve wrote the post about changing my “list”. I said I was going to change my list, but I believe what I’m going to do is think more about what’s important and all. The past three weeks have probably been some of the worst of this year, and I would rather not touch it right now. It’s coming down to this: I’m trying to find someone, when I really don’t need anyone right now. This is going to be a long entry … [...]

Justin, I am proud of you and even your strong convictions! I would councel you to look at your list another way--don't look at it as the young lady nessisarily meets all the requirements per say but look at it as is she growing towards what you are looking for? For example, if she hasn't had leadership in her home or church environment but is committed to the LORD with her whole heart she may just need leadership. That's why it is important to trust the LORD for guidance. Lisa Bevere wasn't even a Christian when John asked her out but GOD knew who Lisa could be with the right leadership. On another note, if we are always around light (Christians) how can we be the light in the darkness. Instead of seeing the wrong or the sins I think we need to say instead LORD how can I be light to that person? Or LORD use me to be light to that person. We can even be light to other Christians. Other Christians can be light to us as well.We should all be learning from each other. Don't be so hard on yourself! I am praying for freedom for you!!!
